With Google Drive, each employee has her own virtual desk where she can create and share documents. She becomes the owner of the document and it is being stored in her virtual cabinet.

Now Imagine 1000 desks in your office building and you have to find that one very important order form. You have to mail and ask around until you find the employee with the order form in her desk and ask her to share it. Or worse, it has been lost or deleted forever by accident.

Xinox solves this by introducing corporate business folders. These so called libraries (a term from the old days of Sharepoint) can be shared publicly within the domain or only with a select group of employees. Our service ensures that all documents in this folder have the same owner.

We even go a step further and push the folder to the My Drive home page of each employee.
